Jianwei Gu received Ph.D degrees from China Electric Power Research Institute, Beijing, China, in electrical engineering and high voltage. His main research interests include renewable energy collaborative planning, large-scale power grid security and stability, and advanced ultra-high voltage power transmission and transformation technology.

Changsheng Chen, Ph.D., is currently an Assistant Researcher at Huairou Laboratory. He earned his Ph.D. from the Institute of Power System, China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI), and was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Tennessee, USA. His research expertise lies in new power system development, power system security, and stability. He has led and participated in multiple national and State Grid Corporation-level projects, receiving the First-Class Science and Technology Progress Award from CEPRI. He has authored over 20 SCI/EI-indexed papers and serves as a reviewer for leading international journals, including IEEE Transactions on Power Systems, IEEE Transactions on Smart Grid, and IET Generation, Transmission & Distribution.
